Education Administrator – Teach A Child

Contract Period & Procedure

3 Months trial period before signing a full-time employment contract.

Required Degree and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, fresh graduate or with work experience in the social field. Contract Type Full Time (8.00 AM till 4:00 PM); physical attendance.

Specific Requirements & Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc..).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (French is a plus but not a must).

• Skilled in using social media applications.

• Committed to the organization’s mission and values.

Education Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

• Registering students and following up on their individual performance.

• Settling the required payments with the beneficiaries/school principals while assuring a complete documentation (Receipts of money collection, receipts of registration, grades…).

• Submitting the whole sum related to the Registration of our students in their correspondent educational institute.

• Book-Keeping all database related to our beneficiaries.

• Coordinating with banks and/or companies regarding gross sums transactions to be settled to schools/beneficiaries while assuring a full documentation.

• Following up on payments and registration status, to assure that the registration process was finalized within the official registration deadline.

• Conducting household visits to report on the families’ socio-economic status and assess properly their eligibility for an education scholarship.

• Coordinating with other fellow NGOs for referrals case studies.

• Visiting schools, social welfare offices, and students' homes to maintain personal contact with students and their families.

• Communicating with Teach A Child’s students and their prime carers to follow-up on their progress.

• Handling cash payments to students and beneficiaries.
